Our experienced sales staff has a combined experience of 20+ years working for various companies in the custom Canopy industry… We’ve sold a lot of tents in that time!
We are proud to offer our Warranty on ANY TENT OUR SALES TEAM HAS EVER SOLD… even if it’s not from PoliceTents.com.
If our staff sold it, ITS COVERED!
If you have believe that one of our sales staff sold a you a product in the past, or even if they didn’t, we hate to hear about products being damaged. Give us a call and we’ll see if we can help you fix it, upgrade it or replace it.
More often that not, you don’t need to replace everything… so give us a shout!

We will do everything we can to warranty your PoliceTents.com products for the life of the product. We ask that you are honest about the reason for the failure and we will do our best to fix or replace the product at no cost. In the event that the product is older than the guidelines below, we reserve the right to pro-rate a replacement cost based on time elapsed from original purchase, and cause of damage/failure…. But don’t expect to pay for every warranty, we just want to reserve the right to share the replacement costs.
We know that s**t happens, so when it does, let’s share the costs and get you back in action!
Warranty Info
PoliceTents.com should be contacted for any warranty claim prior to returning products or parts.
We are happy to offer our warranty to the original retail purchaser who provides a proof of purchase. Our products are to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 months to 3 years (depending on the product) after the date of original purchase.
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact our office and may be asked to fill out a warranty claim form. Start your process by reaching out to info@activatecanopy.com and let them know the nature of your claim. Pictures are always helpful!
If deemed necessary that the product must be shipped back to our office for inspection, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping and will be reimbursed if deemed a true warranty.
You may be asked to perform basic repairs if PoliceTents.com opts to send replacement parts as a resolution to the claim.
Guidelines:
- 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase on canopy frames.
- 6 months limited warranty from the date of purchase for custom printed fabric items due to fade or a manufacturing defect.
- 3 months limited warranty from date of original purchase for Rail Skirt hardware and all sizes of Canopy Roller Bags.
- Flags are covered 3 months limited warranty from the date of purchase for all components including flag poles, ground spikes, x- stand, base plate, fabric.
- 6 months limited warranty from date of purchase for Spring Signs, Field Boards and all Media Walls.
- Inflatables are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase.
While we try to be super cool about warranties, we may have to void all rights to a warranty if:
- If the product is used in a manner that is not intended.
- If the customer attempts to modify or customize the product after it leaves the PoliceTents.com offices. (but we’ll try to help undo your mistakes!)
- If the product shows signs of abuse or neglect.
- If the product shows signs of being purposely damaged.
The sole obligation of PoliceTents.com under this warranty, or under any other legal obligation with respect to the product, is the repair, assisted repair or replacement by PoliceTents.com, or its authorized dealer of such defective or missing parts as are causing the malfunction with new parts, after its own review and examination.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer or any user or dealer or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages, for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any such person be entitled to any sum greater than the purchase price paid for the item of product that is malfunctioning.
No PoliceTents.com dealer and no person other than an officer of PoliceTents.com may extend or modify this warranty. There are no other warranties from either PoliceTents.com or their authorized dealer which extend beyond the face of this warranty.
